The Landlord-Tenant litigation (in all counties) include all facets of Supreme Court litigation, Civil Court holdover and non-payment proceedings, Criminal Court proceedings relating to building violations, including Court of Appeals, Appellate Division, and Appellate Term practice relating to both residential, commercial and related rent regulatory matters.
